It’s All Happening
If you didn’t know, I used to host my own podcast where I interviewed amazing photographers and creatives and I absolutely loved it!
For some unhinged reason I chose to start this endeavour, as well as maintain a YouTube channel, whilst my first child was teething and just generally not sleeping basically ever and Lux and I were just these tired baby slaves.
It made staying up late, or getting up early, to interview someone in another time zone kind of gruelling but also life affirming.
Needless to say that now (all teeth are through, toilet training is completed and child sleeps relatively well *touchwood*) is a much better time for me to re start podcasting.
So let’s go!!!
The first episode of season 3 is back and this one is a solo episode covering off why I’m back plus some raw thoughts and feelings on what I struggle with as a creative person.

A Beginner’s Guide To Film Photography - My Latest Resource
I’m on a MISSON to help save 1000 rolls of film from being blank or blurry in 2025 because, let’s face it film is expensive and your vision deserves to be executed as best it can.
Obviously starting off in film is all about having fun, playing around and enjoying that surprise element but what about when you’ve had a real film mishap or are bummed that you can’t even see your special moments because your photos are so underexposed!
Worst feeling ever and I’m here to help newbies, casuals and anyone who is wanting to dip a toe in the film photog world, or those who have dipped toes but just don’t feel like they are nailing it quite how they expected. THIS IS FOR YOU GUYS!
Having these few fundamentals down pat is invaluable when working with film and although I don’t think technical aspects are the bee all and end all, I do know after shooting thousands of rolls and way too many cameras that there are some things it’s good to know before you go firing more shots.
The resource is affordable and user friendly too with the coolest illustrations and an easy to follow layout - you will be getting bangers in no time!

I get really really REALLY excited when people start YouTube channels and this one is an exceptionally great channel to follow.
Right from the Beginning Lily knocked it out of the park with stunning video work, a great edit and calm, relaxing film vibes to soak up.
Sort of part travel, which I love and am here for, but also very film centric with a TLR in hand and just damn good vibes.
